Recorded Video of California Supreme Court Oral Arguments

If you missed the streaming video from Wednesday's oral arguments at the California Supreme Court, you should be able to watch a recorded version in the next day or so, when it becomes available on that official website, http://www.calchannel.com/.

It looks like video from the preceding day is posted ~ 24 hours later, so check back if it's not up yet.

The five minute sneak peak I watched was pretty fascinating.  I look forward to watching the whole thing.

My thoughts:

Well argued by both sides. Along with the briefs, I think the Court has before it all the salient arguments, with the best rationales supporting each.

Hard to tell from the questioning which way the Court is leaning, if they are leaning.
