San Diego Anglicans: Sign up for Prop 8 Novena of Prayer
Fr. Keith up at Alpine Anglican Church calls us to a novena (9 days of prayer) of special intention for this upcoming election, especially for the crucial, "Yes on 8" vote. It starts today and works like a Maundy Thursday vigil, where you sign up for a time-slot of prayer. Sign up here to indicate time(s) you will be on your knees between now and election day (select "Prop 8 Novena" from drop-down list).

...we need to pray, to cry out to God asking our Lord Jesus to forgive our failure as Christians, as the Church, to speak clearly and convincingly with God’s teaching on marriage. So I invite you to join in 9 Days of Prayer, yes, a novena, as we come to the last days before the election. Our 9 Days of Prayer starts this Saturday, October 25th at 7:00am!
Sign up for a specific time to pray each of the 9 Days of Prayer. You decide when each day and for how long. Just email me with a REPLY (email address deleted. Visit Alpine Anglican site) so I can post the times covered in prayer each day. Yes, that includes all of you who receive our email—You don’t have to live in California; You don’t have to live in the USA. I’ll be listing first names and last initial next to the time you’ll be praying. Wouldn’t it be great if we had folks praying 24 hours a day off of our list of about 120 email addresses.
Forward this email to someone you think might want to join in our 9 Days of Prayer for Vote YES on 8!
O Eternal God, Creator and Preserver of all mankind, Giver of all spiritual grace, the Author of everlasting life; Send thy blessing upon [marriage covenant of husband and wife, which] we bless in thy Name; that [husbands and wives] living faithfully together, may surely perform and keep the vow and covenant betwixt them made, and live according to thy laws; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Many Christians are starting to realize that Jesus Says No on 8
'Mind if I post your ad here?
Question: Is that your web site? Are you the one claiming that Jesus told you something as specific as "vote no on 8?" Do you mean that figuratively or literally? What ever do you mean? For starters, why would Jesus tell you something that goes so clearly against Holy Scriptures and the teachings of the church?
Another question: Who are the bullies you're referring to? Please define the term, "bully"....carefully.
